About Our Work


The aim of our work is to give a greater sense of freedom through control over oneself and over our reaction to stimuli.

Conscious movement, conscious touch, choice in how we interact with any given issue is the main point of our work.

Every breath is a choice: the difference between a yawn and a shallow chest inhale is choice. Every step we take is a choice: are we falling into step or choosing where to place our foot. The former likely has you with hips/knees/ankles turned in, the latter likely has you with feet/knees/hips slightly turned out.

Choose to fall, choose to step or to kick or to sit without using your hands.

We train. We do not ‘workout’. Every movement should be better than the last, cleaner than the last, more fluid than the last. We train to understand the how, the why. We train to choose what we do…. if we choose to do. We make movement possible, enjoyable. We earn a thicc << with two C s >> sense to our muscles, a sense of being more OF ourselves, more IN ourselves. More AWARE of ourselves.

We are able to make the spaces between our middle toes and our ring toes be conscious. We are able to sense the back of our neck, the crooks of our elbows. We choose to pay attention. We choose to choose.
